I'm back!! I haven't blogged in over a week, out of pure laziness. Anyways, today is a beautiful sunny day.. its supposed to rain later on..joy) so it inspired me to do a summer look. The look that I created is good for many things. First of all they are all basics that you can reuse with tons of different outfits. Second its great for hanging out with friends etc. And third its forever 21 do you really need an excuse to wear it??

So this look is composed of a white tank top with a black laced back. A pair of dark wash denim shorts. A flower printed pair of keds. A small, salmon color cross body bag (great for just the essentials). And finally beige shades.

Gold

March break is almost over, it passed so fast! Before we know it school will be over, I for one cannot wait. So todays look was started from a black and gold shoe. It is a great spring look to go out for an event. This outfit is once again from Forever 21. I'm sure you guys are starting to understand my love for this store!This is one of the last " neutral looks" I do. This spring is all about big prints florals and bright colors! So here it is, hope you enjoy it:

Casual day look

 Forever 21 is my absolute favorite store. When you walk in to that store you better be ready to spend at least 2 hours in there(especially since the one i go to has 4 floors). Forever 21 can be your one stop solution for any events you must attend, or just simply hanging out with your girls. They have a very big variety and selection of items, from jogging pants to shoes, to accessories, THEY HAVE IT ALL. Quality vs, price is another win. Forever 21's fabrics are a good quality for the price you pay. Before I keep going at how much I love this store, here is  an outfit I put together this morning:

This look is great for hanging out with friends or going on a date. I really love this look because it has some spring elements in it. The floral print of the shirt and the beige tons of the shoes and pants are some of this season biggest trends so be sure to look for those in stores! Now, this whole out fit is from Forever 21, and its not that expensive either considering that you can switch up each piece into another outfit.

Let's talk makeup!

Everybody should have a daily facial routine. They are quick, easy and most definitely necessary! Even the best skin types should use some product to help maintain its beauty. My skin care products are from Clinique. I absolutely love them because their products are fragrance free, witch causes no irritation, and their staff members are very helpful when looking for products to match your skin type. Clinique is guaranteed to have the necessary products to help you get your best looking skin!

You should follow daily a 3 step program(it does not have to be clinique):

#1: Cleanser: When looking for a cleanser you should try to find something that matches your skin type. Being one of the following: Dry, Combination oily, Oily, and Acne. (Clinique does have products to help those with acne, they even have special foundation!) 

#2: Toner: Toner helps remove all the dead skin and left over foundation. Avoid using on the cheeks, because even if you do have oily skin (like my self) it will dry out your skin quickly. So its best to use this on your T-zone and neck. To find a toner suited for your skin do the same as stated above.

#3: Moisturizer: Moisturizer is the MOST important out of all three. Even oily skin craves some moisturizer. For oily, and combination oily skins I strongly recommend a gel based cream, because its very light and contains no extra oils. 

These 3 steps should be done twice a day, they are just as important as brushing your teeth. Once you have the essentials down packed, you can move on to makeup. Come by tomorrow for my special on a natural going out look(makeup tutorial), and my casual outfit pick of the day.

Dressing up

So my obsession has begun with this site! I wanted to give a quick fashion tip. This look is great for parties a sweet 16, a wedding, etc.  

Most people would pair a black peep toe with this dress, and thats fine. But fashion is all about taking risks with out over doing it. To make this black dress pop, I would definitely pair it with a red pump and clutch. I would keep the accessories light, but I would focus on rigs, earrings, and bracelets. The reason why I wouldn't add a necklace is because the neck area is already busy, and by adding a necklace it would be to much. Here are some images of how i would accessories this dress

You don't necessarily have to go with a floral theme with your jewels but you should stick to one color example: gold with gold.. NEVER mix gold and silver.

And so it has begun!

Today is Thursday, March break is almost over! If that’s not sad news I don’t know what is. Non the less, I've always been obsessed with fashion. Fashion can describe someone’s personality, and their mood. Along with being able to express yourself through fashion, there is what we call fashion disasters. And that is the point of my blog, to help people have style, and not walk out of the house looking like a total fashion disaster. 

Honestly I never taught about blogging my fashion ideas online but I was inspired by my good friend Nina, she as well has a blog.
